Act 1 Salon opening 2nd location

Soribel “Bella” Taveras is opening a second location of her Act 1 Salon. The new location, at 133 Premier Place off Front Royal Pike in Frederick County, boasts about 3,000 square feet of space and will offer hair, nail, massage, facial and makeup services, among other offerings.
